Hi Paige yes you are young to have a stoma . I can honestly say to you I had mine at 38 . So I was quite young at the time. But took my motorcycle test in tight leathers. Then went surfing about 6 months after. So it won’t stop you doing things you enjoy if you can be positive. Best wishes Adrian
