Hi John I wish I could say I don’t find a stoma a problem but I do. I resent it and the time it takes in my life, but I’m only 18 months post surgery so hope this will change as time goes on. Thanks for your comments

Hi cats I’ve had my stoma for 12 years now it is a learning curve & confidence but just find what food suits you , rich foods doesn’t suit me I Must admit I found it hard at first but now I find I can eat anything ,true friends will under stand as well of your situation so be confident & remember your just one of meny millions so keep smiling & live life to the full
