Deleting Accounts
Accounts can only be deleted by our office staff. To request the deletion of your account, please use our contact form or email our customer support team.
Accounts are deleted within 24 hours, excluding weekends, busy periods and public holidays. During these times it may take longer.
Warning: Once you initiate the deletion process, all your data—including messages, friends, blogs, images, and posts—will be deleted as per our privacy policy. This action cannot be undone. Please be absolutely certain that you want to proceed with deleting your account.
Please Note:
If you have a CCBill recurring subscription, you must cancel it to prevent re-billing.
