Widowed dad to a 17 year old daughter. My wife died of bone infection. She lost her leg as a teen and had chronic bowel and bladder problems. Learned that what you have lost isn't as important as what you do with what you have left. All problems have solutions and old enough to know that physical characteristics and flaws are windows to the strength of character on the inside. If you can't accept people at their worst, you don't deserve them at their best.
